About Me (Professionally)

I am a creator.

I create solutions. I create stories. I create lessons.
There's almost nothing I'm not willing to create.

Driven by intellectual curiosity, obsessive perfectionism, and the desire to make things work, I have always been someone who gets it done, and does so to a very high quality standard.
My expertise spans disciplines, with specific focuses in photography, videography, engineering, lighting design, tech support, tutoring (especially in mathematics), and more.

No matter what I'm doing, though, I know there are always ways to be constantly learning more and taking new approaches to things. Even in an unfamiliar situation, I work out how best to tackle what is in front of me and pride myself on being someone who is very flexible, a good communicator, and very capable of thinking on my feet.

About me (Personally)

I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY and am currently in high school, deeply involved in every production my school puts on, my media major classes, and making the school a better place. I first got into media production when I got a camera as a kid - photographing flowers moved into making a charity with my sister during the pandemic (as well as a satirical news show), and I've just never stopped creating videos and photos. At school, I help to teach younger media students, produce our news show, and serve as the lead student lighting technician for our many productions.

I can be a super professional human, but I also love to be silly! I've made zines about the art of applying googly eyes to things, love photoshopping crazy things, and have made entire films starring baguettes. In my free time, I love to hang out with my cats, read, and create overcomplicated electronic birthday cards.

Beyond my skills above, I also have a few values I hold close - I believe every situation is a learning experience and should be treated as such, and that ultimately the most fulfilling thing in life is helping the world - my mission as I get ready to study engineering in college is to apply all of the skills and knowledge that I will possess to leave the world a better place.

Testimonials

"Isaiah is a 'get done right the first-time' person.  He is thorough, precise, and extremely detail oriented.  He takes feedback incredibly well and applies it appropriately. I cannot recommend him enough as any task or project he takes on is expertly executed."

Asha Glorioso
BAVPA Media Communications Teacher

"It is rare to see both a passionate mathematician and a fantastic teacher rolled into one... One of the biggest changes that I have noticed in my child is an excitement towards mathematics, a subject that usually doesn't inspire so much optimism."

Meghana J.

"He is good at taking over my technology. He is good at making the computer not misbehave."
